Introduction to Technology Education: This course is only a half year. Students complete a series of problem solving activities that light cover communications technology, drafting and design, and engineering technology.
Engineering Technology One: This course will inform the college-bound engineering major of the industrial and technical methods and procedures used in engineering today. A study of basic knowledge in math, science, drafting, and technology will be explored on a fundamental level. The course will attempt to give engineering thinking skills.
Engineering Technology Two: This course is designed to be a continuation of Engineering and Design One and a lead into Engineering and Design three. Students will continue to develop their manufacturing skills by completing a array of challenging tasks. Students will also continue to advance their woodworking skills and receive an introduction to metalworking. Engineering and technical careers will also be discussed.
Engineering Technology Three: This course is designed to be a continuation of Engineering and Design two. Students will refine their manufacturing skills by completing an array of challenging tasks. Students will also continue to advance their woodworking and metalworking skills.
